What data we collect

When you contact us for a quote, booking or follow-up, we may collect your name, contact details, property address and the details of the service you need. This can include information about plumbing, heating, boiler or gas safety work. How we use your information

We use your information to provide quotes, arrange and deliver services, follow up after jobs, request reviews, respond to questions and keep the records we are legally or commercially required to keep, including gas safety certificates and accounting records.

Google Business Profile API data usage

DRMB uses the Google Business Profile API to read its own verified business listing data, including reviews, posts and Q&A. The API is used to draft replies to customer reviews; those drafts are surfaced for human approval before anything is published. No customer data is shared with third parties. All API access is limited to DRMB-controlled UK-based infrastructure and the internal operations team.

Our legal basis

Under UK GDPR, we usually process customer information because it is needed to perform a contract or take steps before a contract, such as preparing a quote or completing a booking. We also rely on legitimate interests where appropriate, for example to manage enquiries, improve our service, request reviews and protect our business records.

How long we keep information

We keep service and accounting records for up to 6 years where required for HMRC, warranty, insurance or regulatory reasons. Marketing contact details are kept until you ask us to stop contacting you or opt out.
